How can I join Frankie’s Dog Club (dog walking)?
Get in touch! We will to arrange a time to meet face to face to discuss your individual needs then agree on the best time for an introductory one to one walk. To finish, a spot of admin and; hey presto, welcome to Frankie’s Dog Club!
My dog is a little worried of new people, dogs or being away from me, can they join Frankie’s Dog Club?
Frankie’s Dog Club is proud to provide walks that are tailored to your dog’s individual personality and needs, even if they have some way to go with their training. The walks are designed to help you reach your training goals.
My dog is registered on the Index of Exempted Dogs or subject to a control order, can they join Frankie’s Dog Club?
Frankie’s Dog Club aims to welcome all dogs providing the terms of their control order or exemption guidelines allow for a dog walker to be used. Please get in touch to discuss your individual needs. Frankie’s Dog Club does not discriminate against dogs who may require additional care and management and is firmly opposed to Breed Specific Legislation.
Do you let dogs off the lead?
Yes, but only with your prior authorisation and once I have built a strong bond with your dog.
Do I need to be at home when you collect my dog?
Following a succesful introductory one to one walk, you may povide Frankie with a spare key for collection of your dog on days you are not at home.
Cancellation
Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead of scheduled walks to avoid being charged. In the unlikely event I need to cancel a scheduled walk due to unforeseen circumstances, I will provide as much time as practicable for you to source alternative care for your dog.
What do you do in the event of an emergency?
In the event of an emergency, I would contact you straight away to confirm your choice of action. If you cannot be reached I would transport the dog(s) to a veterinarian as soon as possible if medical attention is required.
Are you insured and licensed?
Absolutely. Frankie’s Dog Club is insured with Cliverton Insurance and holds a dog walking license with Lambeth council.
Have you been DBS checked?
Yes. Please let me know if you would like to view my certificate.
